Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) Course for Dental Nurses
This programme is available for dental nurses who hold a recognised certificate in dental radiography and wish to become a Radiation Protection Supervisor within their dental workplace.
The course meets the requirements of the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations 2017, CGDent guidance as provided in the Guidance Notes for Dental Practitioners on the Safe Use of X Ray Equipment 2020 and also RPS training as stipulated by UKHSA. The training meets the requirements of the Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017 section 18.
